I have never sold a house so quickly and easily. We had an offer in less than 2 days. The entire process was over and done with in less than 30 days, with the check in our bank. To really see how easy it was to work with Ruby I travel over 200 days per year. Everything after the first 2 days was done via Fax, email, phone and overnight delivery. She staged the house and everything. In the past I have had some bad experiences with agents. So I was less than easy to deal with and Ruby made it so easy that I could not find anything to fuss about. Not even a question who you should use; it is TEAM RUBY!
